Welcome to the Teaching Artist Roster for the Central Carolinas.  

This roster has been developed through a collaborative process which included staff from ArtsTeach, the Arts& Science Council of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Inc. and the North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Education Institute, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and teaching artists. 

It is our hope that this tool will serve as an invaluable resource to strengthen the arts programming in your school or community setting.  While each artist or organization listed has demonstrated experience working in school or community settings, their inclusion in this directory does not serve as an endorsement from this or any other organization or persons who participated in the creation of this resource.
